Cyberprogram Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Porto, 2–3 times per week; candidates must be based in Portugal

What you will do

• Deploy and manage structured cyber maturity evaluation processes across distributed entities.
• Coordinate evidence submissions and ensure consistent assessments across entities.
• Evaluate IT continuity, backup management, cryptography, certificate management, and CKMS practices.
• Review network security architecture and controls, including micro-segmentation and network hardening.
• Apply NIST and other cybersecurity frameworks to benchmark cyber program evaluations.
• Communicate program changes, facilitate stakeholders, and document assessment outcomes for governance reporting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Cyber Program Analyst.
• Knowledge of IT security processes, regulatory frameworks, risk management, and organizational resilience.
• Working knowledge of DORA requirements as they apply to continuity and resilience assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level is required.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, is required.
