What you will do

• Collect and analyze community feedback and provide actionable insights for product development and marketing strategies.
• Support the team lead in implementing structured workflows, guidelines, and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor project life cycles and ensure targets are achieved within planned timelines.
• Investigate business demands and contribute to overall solutions and implementation.

Requirements

• Be a current university student or recent graduate.
• Understand cryptocurrency terminology and trends and have a strong interest in cryptocurrency culture.
• Understand financial and blockchain trading platforms, especially on-chain trading within Web3 wallets.
• Demonstrate strong organization, time management, multitasking, ownership, and deadline-management skills.
• Be able to work flexible and extended hours to engage with KOLs and communities.
• Be proficient with analytics and reporting tools.
