Community Manager for "The Thing" (Crypto)

Location: Fully remote, with travel opportunities for conferences and community events

hirify.global develops The Thing, an onchain sentiment analysis application with customizable Telegram bots and AI agents for identifying trading setups.

What you will do

• Test platform components, bots, and onchain analysis functions daily, and report bugs or performance issues.
• Respond to community questions on Telegram and Discord, share roadmap updates, and support user onboarding.
• Create short educational videos about The Thing's components and bots.
• Participate in group calls, Twitter Spaces, Discord voice chats, and discussions with token holders and the global crypto community.
• Travel to conferences and community events at short notice and support ad hoc operational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing crypto or blockchain communities across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit, or Twitter/X.
• Perfectly fluent English is required.
• Experience working in a crypto, AI, or blockchain company.
• Confident public speaking skills and the ability to present on behalf of the company or participate in business negotiations.
• Availability outside conventional working hours, as the crypto community operates 24/7.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian or Turkish.
