TL;DR
Manufacturing Excellence Executive (Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Lean Specialist) (Lean/Six Sigma/manufacturing digitalization): Leading end-to-end process improvement, cost-saving, and Kaizen initiatives in a manufacturing environment with an accent on Lean transformation, operational KPIs, and digital process optimization. Focus on applying A3, 5S, SMED, VSM, TPM, DMAIC, Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Python, and AI to eliminate waste, standardize operations, and improve production performance.
Location: Onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do
- Lead cost-saving, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma projects to improve SQDC+ KPIs and achieve operational targets.
- Plan and facilitate Kaizen events using A3 Problem Solving, 5S, SMED, VSM/Makigami, TPM, Standard Work, KANBAN, and DMAIC.
- Build Lean culture through training, mentoring, coaching, assessments, communication, and best-practice sharing.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, templates, visualization standards, meeting boards, and shop-floor management practices.
- Drive digitalization initiatives using Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Python, and AI, and support digital platform issues.
- Coordinate with local and global stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and Centers of Excellence on project deployment, sponsorship, reporting, and strategic improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- 2–5 years of experience implementing continuous improvement projects.
- Experience in automation, digitalization, or a manufacturing environment, including planning and implementing training.
- Good English proficiency and computing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, structured-thinking, and time-management skills.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining digital applications.
- Operational or Manufacturing Excellence Coordinator experience.
