WRM Supply Technician (Aerospace Logistics)

hirify.global provides operational, logistics, engineering, and support services for U.S. armed forces and government personnel at military bases in Spain and Turkey.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, process, store, issue, ship, and transfer supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts, warehouse validations, audits, and record reconciliations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the Transportation Management Office.
• Use ILS-S and other computerized or manual systems to maintain accurate supply and inventory records.
• Identify damaged, expired, lost, or excess items and coordinate disposition or reutilization with DLA Disposition Services.
• Operate authorized material-handling equipment and perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ELP Level II.
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, supply management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, accuracy, and basic mathematics skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and material-handling practices.
• Daily proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience in supply, warehouse, inventory management, or property accountability operations.
• Experience with U.S. Air Force ILS-S or similar logistics platforms.
• Familiarity with military or commercial supply regulations and policies.
• Forklift training or experience with material-handling equipment.
