Innovation Training Co-Op

Location: Remote role associated with Danbury, Connecticut, United States

Salary: $20–$30 per hour, depending on skills and qualifications

What you will do

• Develop training guides, presentations, videos, and job aids for Accolade and business processes.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions.
• Support user adoption of Accolade and related enterprise systems.
• Gather user feedback and use it to improve training content.
• Partner with process owners to keep training materials accurate and effective.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student participating in a university co-op program.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., from January through June.
• Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations, guides, and videos and explain complex business processes clearly.
• Must not require hirify.global immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Major in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or Communications.
• Interest in enterprise systems and digital transformation.
