Associate, Product Management – Direct Co-Investments (London/Dublin)

Location: London/Dublin; hybrid work arrangement with 18 remote workdays per quarter subject to manager approval

What you will do

• Support the growth, management, fundraising, and client servicing of global Direct Co-Investment products.
• Coordinate with Investment, Investor Relations, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Tax teams.
• Prepare investor-facing presentations, fund updates, PPMs, DDQs, RFP responses, data rooms, and marketing collateral.
• Respond to investor inquiries and due diligence requests using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Monitor fund and portfolio performance, capital activity, liquidity, and portfolio construction metrics.
• Drive process improvements and technology-enabled solutions for reporting, scalability, operational efficiency, and data integrity.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in institutional relationship management, business development, private equity, asset management, or related financial services.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Understanding of private markets and ability to synthesize complex information into clear, client-ready deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Interest in developing deeper expertise in private markets and direct co-investments.
