Digital Assets Product & Delivery Manager (Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Support the delivery and rollout of digital asset and tokenization products.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, technology, operations, marketing, sales, legal, risk, and compliance.
• Support process design, operational readiness, client onboarding, implementation milestones, and go-live requirements.
• Gather and document regional business, client, and market requirements for product development and enhancements.
• Conduct market, competitor, and client analysis for product positioning, business cases, pricing, and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain programme and product governance materials, including status reports, action tracking, risk and issue logs, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, programme delivery, business analysis, implementation, or change within capital markets.
• Strong background in front office, settlements, post-trade operations, or asset management.
• Good understanding of capital markets products, market infrastructure, and front-to-back workflows.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across business, technology, operations, and client-facing teams.
• Experience with product development, implementation, client onboarding, governance, reporting, issue tracking, and milestone management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in digital assets, tokenization, DLT, or blockchain-related market infrastructure.
