Line Technician (Manufacturing): Testing, troubleshooting, modifying, fabricating, and assembling components and production equipment at the Lipa SBU with an accent on die and clip attach, flux cleaning, reflow processes, and production quality. Focus on identifying root causes, applying 4M analysis, establishing critical process parameters, and supporting engineering activities.

What you will do
- Perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting using schematics, diagrams, layouts, written instructions, and defined plans.
- Inspect quality and address machine-related issues in the die and clip attach process.
- Support flux cleaning, reflow, equipment operation, and compliance with production standards.
- Identify root causes, conduct 4M analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Establish critical process parameters for new devices or customers.
- Assist with component design, construction, modification, fabrication, assembly, and engineering activities.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of relevant experience.
- Associate degree, two-year technical or trade degree, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with CAD and proficiency in MS Office.
- Analytical skills, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
