Line Technician

What you will do

• Perform testing, checkout, troubleshooting, modification, fabrication, and assembly using schematics, diagrams, layouts, and defined plans.
• Oversee quality and resolve machine-related issues in the die and clip attach process.
• Support flux cleaning and reflow processes while ensuring equipment operates according to production standards.
• Identify root causes, perform 4M analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Establish critical process parameters for new devices or customers and support engineering activities.
• Use diagnostic and manufacturing equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, test programs, and specialized test apparatus.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree, two-year technical or trade degree, or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CAD.
• High attention to detail and consistent focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
