What you will do

• Operate MECO plating machines and Chemical/Laser Deflashing equipment for power device packages.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters, including amperage, bath temperature, and chemical concentration.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to prevent plating defects and package damage.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on plating lines, pumps, filtration units, and laser modules.
• Handle hazardous chemicals and neutralization agents in strict compliance with EHS protocols.
• Maintain accurate machine logbooks, PM checklists, and safety documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or a two-year technical/trade degree preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CAD.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
