Process Expert - Compounding & Support 80-100%

Location: Stein, AG, Switzerland; fully site-based. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve aseptic compounding processes using GMP manufacturing expertise.
• Provide hands-on technical support to operators, troubleshoot process issues, and lead deviations, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Execute and support validation and qualification activities, including preparation, review, and maintenance of GMP documentation.
• Maintain equipment and processes in an inspection-ready state and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with a proactive, reliable, and accountable team in sterile manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, such as Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry.
• Hands-on experience in aseptic or sterile manufacturing environments and GMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Fluent English and conversational German at B1 level or above are required.
• Proactive, reliable, flexible, and comfortable managing ambiguity, changing priorities, and multiple parallel activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with qualification and validation activities.
• Experience in thawing and compounding operations.
• Knowledge of GMP washers, sterilization processes, and autoclaves.
