What you will do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary production and logistics team handling spare parts picking, packing and shipping, UPS order fulfillment, PCBA testing, field returns, and subassembly production.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production, testing, and logistics operations to meet customer orders and service-level commitments.
• Drive achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity objectives.
• Manage subassembly manufacturing and field-return inspection, testing, rework, and disposition activities.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Service teams to ensure product quality and manufacturing compliance.
• Improve workflows and layouts using Lean Manufacturing principles to increase productivity and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production supervision, team leadership, or production coordination role.
• Experience leading production teams, managing daily operations, and delivering Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity targets.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Good knowledge of SAP and strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent Italian and English are required.
