Senior Solutions Engineer (Graph/AI)

What you will do

• Lead Solutions Engineering engagements from customer discovery through architecture design, proof-of-value, and long-term adoption.
• Translate customer requirements and IT environments into tailored hirify.global solution architectures.
• Design and present hirify.global-based prototypes demonstrating technical feasibility and business value.
• Provide architectural recommendations and support integration into enterprise environments.
• Partner with Account Executives and technical decision-makers throughout enterprise sales cycles.
• Build relationships with customers across manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, financial services, and the public sector.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in PreSales, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex consultative engagements.
• Strong understanding of database platforms, particularly NoSQL.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective solution architectures.
• Familiarity with a programming or scripting language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and manage the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global, Cypher, GDS, or GraphQL.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLM architectures, RAG, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, graph data science, or network analysis.
• Experience with ML pipelines, ETL, data integration, or data virtualization.
• Familiarity with complex enterprise IT environments.
