Presales Solution Architect Project-Based Solutions (AI)

Location: Staines-upon-Thames, England, United Kingdom; hybrid work opportunities. The role supports customers across the UK and Ireland and requires domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted solution advisor throughout the sales cycle, partnering with sales teams, prospects, customers, and partners.
• Deliver tailored product presentations, software demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings for project-based solutions.
• Design enterprise architecture solutions addressing project delivery, resource management, and project profitability requirements.
• Manage and customize demo environments, AI solutions, scripts, and technical assets.
• Respond to RFXs, scope projects, support proposals, and contribute to deal closure strategies.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows, conferences, industry forums, and customer engagements.

Requirements

• University degree, equivalent professional qualification, or appropriate work history.
• At least 3 years of experience in presales, consulting, or technical sales focused on project delivery, professional services, or enterprise project portfolio management.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, enterprise applications, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to address executive and technical audiences.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
