Pre-Assembly Operator (Industrial Machinery)

What you will do

• Assemble industrial machinery and equipment in line with safety and quality standards.
• Read technical drawings and 3D models to build and adjust mechanical structures and components.
• Perform precision metalworking, including drilling, cutting, and threading.
• Assemble pneumatic systems and support welding activities when required.
• Identify and report assembly issues or deviations and collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve them.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through accurate, organized, and compliant assembly work.

Requirements

• Technical training or professional experience in mechanics, industrial assembly, metalworking, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in industrial mechanical assembly and confidence reading technical drawings.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and metalworking processes.
• Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Collaborative communication skills and commitment to teamwork.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and following company procedures.
