TL;DR
Industrial Engineer-Senior (Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement): Analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes across operations, technology, regulatory, compliance, and business teams with an accent on productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence. Focus on leading process discovery workshops, designing scalable future-state processes, translating business needs into system solutions, and supporting implementations in regulated environments.
Location: Leça do Balio, Porto, Portugal. Hybrid working policy combining office work with some days working from home.

What you will do
- Analyze, map, redesign, and optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to improve productivity and operational performance.
- Translate business needs into effective process and system solutions using process mapping, business analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop future-state process designs and support system implementations that improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
- Lead process discovery workshops with business and operations stakeholders.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to strategic operational transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs.
- Experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Experience in regulated environments where process compliance, governance, and risk management are important.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365, Visio, Power BI, and Copilot.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
- Experience using Oracle Database tools for SQL queries.
