Software Engineer (Mid Level) (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build scalable software across a variety of client projects.
• Work across frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to technical design, testing, and delivery.
• Integrate AI capabilities including LLM APIs, RAG, and agent-based solutions.
• Use AI coding tools throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work directly with clients, evaluate new technologies, and identify opportunities to create business value.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing and CI/CD.
• Experience with modern backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node, C#, or Go.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Vue, or Flutter.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients, complexity, and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Exposure to LLMs, RAG, or agent frameworks.
• Experience using AI coding tools and an interest in AI.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across different technologies.
