Intern Wholesale Buying (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Support daily wholesale buying operations, including order placement, master data maintenance, ERP article creation, re-orders, and returns.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports covering sales, sell-through rates, stock levels, and other buying KPIs.
• Coordinate with international brands, process order confirmations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct market, trend, and competitor analyses.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Logistics, and Content teams on product onboarding.
• Take ownership of buying sub-tasks and gain end-to-end exposure to international fashion buying.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, with confidence working with data and numbers.
• Structured, detail-oriented, reliable, creative, and collaborative working style.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, and digital trends.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
