IT Lawyer

Location: Onsite, hybrid, or remote within the EU. Relocation support includes moving expenses, airfare, visa assistance, and the first month's rent.

Salary: From €3,500 net per month; final compensation depends on experience, skills, and overall match.

What you will do

• Drive key legal topics and implement internal legal processes and best practices.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to business and project stakeholders.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Manage corporate and HR legal routines and maintain product documentation, including terms of service, platform policies, and promotional or referral terms.
• Monitor legislation and support compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, the EU AI Act, the Digital Services Act, and the UK Online Safety Act.
• Perform partner due diligence and support the Senior Legal Counsel in identifying obligations and minimizing legal risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–6 years of legal practice, including at least 2–3 years in the tech or IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital product regulations, technology law, privacy, intellectual property, platform and content liability, media, and consumer protection.
• Strong working knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, and global data protection frameworks.
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act, and UK Online Safety Act.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.

Nice to have

• Russian and/or Greek language skills.
• Master’s degree in Law.
