What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound air, sea, road, and rail transport flows across Operations Spain.
- Coordinate on-site operations and cross-plant transport processes across Getafe, Illescas, and Cádiz.
- Govern 3PL and 4PL providers, including service quality, contract compliance, claims, complaints, and ad-hoc requests.
- Define transport specifications based on Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production requirements and support annual operational planning.
- Produce tracking logs, claim updates, and performance reports using digital transport tools.
- Monitor logistics market trends and optimize transport networks and end-to-end visibility.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional experience in transport management, logistics operations, Incoterms, transport regulations, and 4PL models.
- Strong customer orientation, project and change management skills, adaptability, communication, and networking abilities.
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken, are required.
- Proficiency with Power BI, transport applications or TMS tools such as TOP, Qlik, Skywise, CALM, or Google Workspace.
- Availability for occasional travel.
