Order Fulfilment Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Santiago; availability to work in Huechuraba. Hybrid arrangement with flexibility to work from home.

What you will do

• Manage customer orders from requirements through fulfillment actions and delivery.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams throughout the order management process.
• Monitor open orders, manage delivery expectations, and drive internal action on delays or critical parts.
• Coordinate technical and commercial clarifications with documentation and hirify.global technical, engineering, and commercial departments.
• Provide order updates, support the 24/7 backup organization, and prepare operational reports with the Solutions Delivery Manager.
• Monitor material-order KPIs and collaborate with Planning Specialists to maintain high-quality data for material planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Aerospace, or relevant professional experience.
• Understanding of aviation business and spare-parts supply chain management.
• Business-level Spanish and English required.
• Knowledge of data-analysis applications, databases, and Google Workspace, including GSheets, with eagerness to learn.
• Ability to build effective relationships across functions, collaborate with stakeholders, and work toward shared targets.
• Availability to work in Huechuraba.
