What you will do
- Support the manufacture of flavor powders, emulsions, and liquid products according to approved processing instructions.
- Establish production methods and translate them into manufacturing recipes and workflows.
- Support technology implementation, system improvements, and reliable manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot production and workflow issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor yield, waste, product costing, inventory control, and manufacturing master data.
- Provide technical input to operational and engineering projects that improve quality, efficiency, and production performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, or manufacturing technology.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, production technologies, or continuous-improvement activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical-reporting skills.
- Ability to make independent technical recommendations based on manufacturing and process data.
- Ability to use digital tools, systems, and manufacturing technologies to support operational performance.
Nice to have
- Experience with Operational Technology Team solutions or manufacturing digitalization initiatives.
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of project-management practices or Six Sigma methodology.
