What you will do
- Manage the correct application, implementation, monitoring, and control of Diversey products at customer sites.
- Provide technical service and support production operations at the Lactalis Bonnievale site.
- Engage with existing and new processed-food customers to ensure products are used correctly.
- Report inventory, customer queries, site problems, improvements, and sales activity.
- Support sales growth across existing sites and new customers in the assigned region.
- Provide emergency support to customer production when required.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a permanent, site-based technical role.
- Ability to manage chemical applications and technical activities at customer sites.
- Ability to meet customer SLA requirements and maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Availability to work customer-specific hours determined by Diversey requirements.
