Analyst I, FP&A

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, Annual Operating Plans, long-term planning, and procurement finance initiatives.
• Analyze financial, procurement, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Prepare management reports, MIS dashboards, leadership presentations, and performance analyses using SAP, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Zones, and Business Units on month-end closing, variance analysis, budget tracking, and performance reviews.
• Lead the global procurement Zero-Based Budgeting cycle, including budget development, actuals tracking, rolling forecasts, spend reviews, and target alignment.
• Improve reporting processes, controls, data quality, automation, financial data integration, commodity price reporting, and working-capital analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain finance, FP&A, or procurement finance.
• Experience managing and optimizing supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work from the Bengaluru, Brookfield GCC location.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global or multinational environment.
• FMCG experience.
