What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure IP licensing and tools agreements.
- Own contract economics, including performance obligation assessment and revenue recognition under IFRS 15.
- Act as the finance partner for Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders.
- Evaluate R&D investments, cost structures, pricing, deal strategies, and profitability.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, performance management, and reporting.
- Drive AI-enabled automation across FP&A and contract workflows.
Requirements
- CPA, MBA, or relevant Master’s degree.
- 5–8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally in semiconductor IP licensing.
- Deep expertise in IFRS 15 revenue recognition and contract structuring for complex technology arrangements.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to work in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
