Sr Financial Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Coordinate with divisional FP&A leaders and finance teams on cash flow projections, budgets, forecasts, and historical results.
• Load budget and forecast adjustments into financial systems.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports, forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans.
• Deliver monthly cash flow reporting packages, including budget-versus-actual reviews and variance analysis.
• Identify and escalate cash flow issues and advise Finance leadership on business and operational risks.
• Maintain process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Typically 4–9 years of relevant experience in financial planning and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, internal controls, and the relevant business environment.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency required; willingness to travel domestically and internationally required.

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion Planning, or Cognos.
• Experience with statistical modeling techniques.
