Sanitary & HVAC Supervisor (B2B Cooperation)

Location: Onsite in Medgidia, Constanța, Romania, with daily presence on the construction site.

What you will do

• Supervise sanitary and HVAC works in line with design documentation and the building permit.
• Coordinate with the design team, monitor design progress, and support design optimization.
• Perform quality assurance, technical quality control, and reporting.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors when required.
• Maintain daily presence on the construction site and support project delivery.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in sanitary and HVAC disciplines.
• Significant experience as a sanitary and HVAC supervisor or inspector on large, complex industrial projects.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, project management, and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.
• Availability for onsite work in Medgidia from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
