Electrical Supervisor (B2B Cooperation)

Location: Onsite in Călărași, Romania

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day electrical activities during the project execution phase under the Project Manager’s guidance.
• Supervise general contractors and ensure compliance with project, contractual, and engineering requirements.
• Monitor planned activities, project schedules, risks, variations, and potential budget or timeline impacts.
• Provide technical support to the Project Manager and extended project team, including change-order negotiations.
• Ensure that health, safety, environmental, and fire-safety procedures are implemented by contractors.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain accurate execution documentation.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in electrical engineering, energy, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional onsite experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Knowledge of energy law, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and fire regulations.
• Clear and professional English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Availability for onsite work in Călărași, Romania, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
