Manufacturing Product Builder (Medical Devices)

Location: Galway, Ireland; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: €32,300–€43,700 annual

Medical device manufacturing organization producing innovative devices for testing, clinical investigations, and commercial release.

What you will do

• Build sub-assemblies and finished medical devices, including packaging activities.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and sub-assemblies.
• Issue materials, set up manufacturing equipment and fixtures, and support material tracking.
• Prepare and execute in-process device testing and record results.
• Maintain quality records and compliance with released work instructions, procedures, and GDP requirements.
• Identify quality and throughput improvements and provide guidance to team members when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of medical device manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a cleanroom, or equivalent experience.
• Good communication, teamwork, initiative, attention to detail, and fine motor skills.
• Ability to work with light supervision and meet quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule requirements.
• Computer literacy, including desktop software such as Excel and Word.

Nice to have

• Third-level academic qualification.
• Experience with GDP and GMP standards.
