Fillpack Coordinator (Representative II, Production Operations) Night Shift

Location: Fully on-site in O'Callaghan Mills, County Clare, Ireland

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Fillpack team, promoting engagement, accountability, safety, and performance.
• Coordinate daily production activities, customer demand, inventory levels, and production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to GMP requirements, quality systems, manufacturing procedures, and compliance standards.
• Review and maintain Batch History Records and other production documentation.
• Drive hirify.global Business System, waste reduction, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Coach associates and work with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Technical Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve deviations and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Level 7 qualification with at least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, or Level 8 qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or another regulated environment.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of GMP, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in cleanroom and controlled manufacturing areas while following PPE and contamination-control standards.
• Availability for a straight night shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.; Friday night, 10:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m. Saturday.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting audits, investigations, deviations, or quality improvement activities.
• Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving activities, or Kaizen events.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, or work-order systems.
