Analyst, Commercial Insights - Services (Gaming)

What you will do

• Analyze commercial and content engagement trends across the hirify.global user base to support strategic decisions.
• Evaluate subscription benefit performance and revenue optimization using commercial, behavioral, and consumer insights data.
• Measure the impact of commercial KPIs on content engagement, subscription sales, and member value.
• Build and scale data reporting tools using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Tableau, Domo, and spreadsheet applications.
• Partner with global stakeholders and data teams to deliver business insights and share analytical expertise.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics function, preferably in digital entertainment, subscriptions, media, technology, or a related digital business.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R, plus Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights.
• Experience creating dashboards, data visualizations, and reports for decision-making.
• Experience with documentation, peer review, code review, and quality assurance practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project management skills, with flexibility to work across global time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with VBA, Airflow, Tableau, Domo, or other analytics and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of or interest in gaming and digital entertainment.
• Experience with subscription-based products or businesses.
• Education in a quantitative or computational field.
