Senior Analyst, Scrum Master

Location: Mumbai, One World Center; hybrid, with at least two days per week in the assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Manage delivery of IT solutions and associated technical support services aligned with business objectives and ongoing operations.
• Mentor and coach teams on Agile methodology, Scrum values, and Scrum processes.
• Facilitate PI planning, sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies, and team commitments to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-organization dependencies, roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and remove impediments, resolve problems, and escalate issues to the Release Train Engineer when needed.
• Manage capitalization and change management processes, vendor relationships, service delivery, and IT policy implementation.

Requirements

• Experience driving collaboration across teams and departments, resolving conflicts, and building productive partnerships.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while adapting scope and project phases to changing requirements.
• Strong communication skills for presenting goals, producing project status reports, and communicating with stakeholders and senior management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying project obstacles, risks, and alternative solutions.
• Ability to manage technology and consulting vendor or partner relationships and supervise IT staff.
