What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of risk and opportunity practices in capital and sales projects.
• Facilitate risk reviews and cost uncertainty analyses for project teams.
• Analyze realized risks and missed opportunities to identify root causes and improvement areas.
• Collaborate across departments to promote continuous improvement and share project learnings.
• Provide expertise, training, facilitation, and tools to strengthen risk and opportunity management.
• Present insights and challenge assumptions in a matrix organization.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with risk management processes and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Good understanding of Pulp, Energy and Circularity business processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
