What you will do

• Architect and implement end-to-end features for the web platform.
• Own the codebase while balancing code quality, security, and delivery speed.
• Build with TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Review code and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement across the product, engineering practices, and legal technology domain.

Requirements

• Several years of experience building high-quality products with modern technologies.
• Comfort working across the full stack, with a primary focus on frontend or backend development.
• Autonomous approach and strong ownership of code quality.
• Strong engineering judgment and the ability to understand unfamiliar codebases and control flows quickly.
• Ability to design pragmatic architectures and explain technical trade-offs clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in London.
