Company

hirify.global is a global technology company developing positioning, modeling, data analytics, and transportation solutions; hirify.global Transportation provides tools for freight mobility, enterprise operations, and visibility.

What you will do

  • Build production React and TypeScript screens for the next-generation TMW Suite Dispatch browser application, replacing the legacy Windows desktop product.
  • Own screens end to end, including the data service layer, Redux state management, UI components, responsive layouts, and Playwright with axe-core testing.
  • Integrate CloudHub tenant routing, per-tenant OData APIs, CloudHub Connector services, and customer on-premise SQL data; enhance backend services where needed.
  • Develop dispatcher workflows including drag-and-drop planning, real-time map synchronization, threshold-based alerts, inline validation, keyboard navigation, and accessible error states.
  • Optimize large data sets with server-side pagination and column virtualization, and deliver tested working software through weekly stakeholder demos.
  • Use Cursor and AI coding assistants, contribute to shared development patterns and the component library, and collaborate through pair-squad development and PR reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of production React application development with TypeScript.
  • Strong component architecture skills, including composable and testable components, clean prop contracts, and proper state management.
  • Experience building data-heavy UIs with grids, tables, filters, server-side pagination, and real-time updates.
  • Experience integrating REST or OData APIs with real backends and debugging the full request/response chain.
  • Proficiency with CSS and styling, responsive layouts, design system integration, and consistent cross-browser rendering.
  • Fluency with Git workflows, trunk-based development, feature branches, clean commit history, and PR reviews.
  • Ability to work in a pair-squad model with another developer and an embedded generalist while shipping weekly.

Nice to have

  • Drag-and-drop implementation experience with dnd-kit, react-beautiful-dnd, or similar tools.
  • Daily development experience with Cursor or other AI coding assistants.
  • Familiarity with MUI and theming.
  • Experience modernizing legacy desktop applications into browser-based UIs.
  • Background in .NET or C# and OData APIs.
  • Logistics, transportation, or energy industry knowledge.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work on transportation technology intended to improve productivity, safety, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate in a supportive, purpose-driven environment focused on belonging, growth, innovation, and practical delivery.
  • Work with pair-squads that demonstrate functional software to stakeholders every Friday.
  • Operate in an ownership-oriented environment that values initiative and entrepreneurial problem-solving.
