Wholesale Intern - Paris (Fashion)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace

Start date: 10 March; full-time, 5 days per week, for 6 months

hirify.global is a global fashion house developing ready-to-wear, accessories, and related luxury products through retail, wholesale, digital channels, and licensing partners.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day wholesale activities, seasonal sales campaigns, showroom operations, and key account management.
• Respond to partner requests and coordinate communication between internal departments and external clients.
• Analyze delivery status, stock, and seasonal orders using QlikSense.
• Support selling appointments, order entry, logistics coordination, and commercial opportunities.
• Prepare weekly fashion business trend reports and support marketing activations for key accounts.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, PR, Operations, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of wholesale buying principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and charts, plus PowerPoint and strong analytical ability.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory.
• Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week, for the next 6 months.
• Must be enrolled at a university able to provide an internship agreement contract.
