Principal AI Solution Architect

What you will do

• Design production-ready AI systems for customer experience and contact center use cases, combining LLMs, deterministic workflows, tools, and orchestration layers.
• Optimize RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures, including content structuring, chunking, embeddings, ranking, and governance.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, monitoring, feedback loops, and business outcome measurements.
• Build AI prototypes, integrations, and demonstrations in sandbox or customer development environments, including REST APIs, MCP, and A2A patterns.
• Transition successful prototypes into production pilots with account teams and Professional Services, covering technical handoff, hardening, KPIs, and validation.
• Create reusable technical assets and enable solution consultants, partners, and account teams through workshops, coaching, and technical content.

Requirements

• Principal-level experience designing modern AI solutions using machine learning, NLU/NLP, retrieval systems, LLMs, orchestration, tool use, and agentic approaches.
• Expertise in enterprise integrations, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, identity systems, cloud ecosystems, real-time data, voice latency, reliability, and secure data access.
• Experience with AI evaluation, governance, observability, safety, drift monitoring, auditability, retrieval quality, and cost control.
• Strong executive communication, technical demonstration, sales partnership, business value analysis, and CIO/CTO stakeholder influence.
• Practical experience with prompt design, context strategies, and AI workflow optimization; foundational programming knowledge, with Python preferred.
• Fluency in English and French is required. Knowledge of the hirify.global Cloud platform and hirify.global AI is preferred.
