Senior Finance Service Delivery Manager – Financial Accounting

Location: PH GBS Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Lead the GBS Manila Finance Service Delivery Team across General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A, with responsibility for people, performance, and transformation.
• Partner with Continuous Improvement teams to implement process and cost-efficiency improvements supporting Finance Transformation.
• Resolve operational, financial, accounting, and control issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure SOX compliance, and drive timely remediation of audit and control gaps.
• Coordinate SOX, Internal Audit, and external audit engagements while minimizing operational disruption.
• Develop and retain Finance talent through continuous learning and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance and/or Accounting, plus a CPA or similar professional accounting certification.
• 10–15 years of corporate accounting experience in a management position, preferably in a multinational organization, including previous shared services experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Experience with audit procedures and controls, managing large teams, and working with stakeholders across diverse cultures.
• Ability to influence leaders, drive process and cost efficiencies, support a strong control environment, and work with global teams across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Accounting or auditing experience within a large global independent registered accounting firm.
• US GAAP experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
