Production Supervisor (Semiconductor)

Location: Kulim, Malaysia; onsite only, no remote work

What you will do

• Supervise daily production operations and arrange manpower to meet output targets.
• Monitor product quality, process compliance, workplace safety, and productivity performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and machine downtime.
• Coach and develop operators and line leaders.
• Prepare production reports and support KPI tracking for management review.

Requirements

• STPM or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or a semiconductor production environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement tools.
• Experience handling production KPIs, quality issues, or machine downtime.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis.
