What you will do
- Lead cross-functional operational teams across manufacturing functions.
- Streamline processes, improve product quality and yield, and increase operational efficiency.
- Design and implement process monitoring frameworks and key performance indicators.
- Integrate new processes and systems into production operations.
- Drive collaboration across operations, quality, engineering, and other business functions.
- Strengthen process capability, reduce variation, and maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in operations, process engineering, or high-volume manufacturing.
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role leading multifunctional operations teams.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality, engineering, and related business functions.
Nice to have
- Experience in process optimization, performance improvement, and quality management.
- Experience with operational process control and system implementation.
- Experience transferring new processes into production environments.
