Business Controller (Renewable Energy)

hirify.global develops turnkey photovoltaic plants and battery storage projects, manages IPP assets, and provides services across development, financing, EPC, O&M, and asset management.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly entity budgets, forecasts, project performance tracking, and cashflow reports for Indonesian projects.
• Develop project cost forecasts and actuals, analyze variances, and support project decision-making.
• Coordinate project documentation, reports, contracts, financials, stakeholder communication, and operational timelines.
• Manage bank administration, account openings, bank loans, bond applications, and other financial instruments.
• Support closing activities, accounting and tax matters, investment structure optimization, and SPV setup.
• Coordinate company incorporation and capital injections while strengthening internal controls and finance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in project finance, FP&A, or corporate finance, with exposure to accounting and reporting.
• Experience in a capital-intensive sector such as renewables, power, infrastructure, construction, or EPC.
• Experience with SPV setup, company incorporation, PT PMA, and capital injections is highly valued.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is preferred.
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or Indonesian Chartered Accountant qualification, completed or in progress, is preferred.
