Corporate Development Analyst

What you will do

• Provide financial and strategic analysis for funding, capital markets, M&A, portfolio management, and strategic partnerships.
• Build financial models and valuation analyses to support corporate decision-making.
• Research industries and markets, including trends, risks, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
• Support end-to-end deal execution, including strategy, negotiation, structuring, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, investor reports, and management reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in private equity, corporate development, Big 4 advisory, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
• Good understanding of accounting, finance, and legal and tax considerations in M&A and corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight timelines, and handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with high attention to detail.
