Finance Intern (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Singapore; full-time internship from January to June with a minimum commitment of 6 months

What you will do

• Assist with month-end closing activities for assigned legal entities in Asia, excluding China.
• Support statutory audit and tax queries by coordinating with shared service centres, external auditors, tax agents, and internal departments.
• Track and monitor SOX control evidence by coordinating with control owners across departments.
• Coordinate user access reviews for systems and portals.
• Safeguard and document legal records and liaise with the Company Secretary on statutory compliance matters.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial audit.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook or a related email tool.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient, discreet, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.
