Finance Intern (Cybersecurity)

Kaspersky provides cybersecurity solutions and operates finance and administration functions across the APAC region.

What you will do

• Monitor incoming and outgoing funds and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Review employee reimbursement claims and process vendor invoices, bookkeeping entries, and payment runs.
• Perform bank, intercompany, and business travel reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Support month-end closing, including intercompany, travel expense, and bank transaction journals.
• Assist with internal and external audit information, corporate income tax returns, procurement requests, and payment documentation.
• Support contract and related document review and signing processes, as well as ad-hoc finance projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently toward objectives and deadlines.
• Minimum six months of internship experience.
