Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze performance metrics, trends, and root causes across functional areas.
• Develop and present reports that support business decisions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to simplify operations and improve efficiency.
• Plan and execute change management projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance, identify post-implementation issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Advise on policies, procedures, and best practices while influencing strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field plus 6 months of relevant experience, or 2.5 years of experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or a related area.
• Experience with process improvement and organizational change management in complex business environments.
• Strong analytical skills, including data collection, root cause analysis, and interpretation of performance metrics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers and stakeholders.
