What you will do

• Manage distributor operations, execute business strategies, and drive sales growth across the assigned geography.
• Lead district meetings to review business performance, upcoming priorities, and execution with distributor operations and branch managers.
• Execute go-to-market initiatives, in-market demonstrations, training, audits, and monthly priorities.
• Provide input into differentiated go-to-market plans and demand forecasts to support volume and value targets.
• Identify efficiency opportunities with distributors and execute them in alignment with distributor operations.
• Monitor business fundamentals, reporting, claims, and other stewardship requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in sales operations and market strategy planning.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Comfort with frequent travel across multiple developing countries.
• Ability to identify, define, and analyze alternative courses of action.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and work with limited supervision.
• Awareness of relevant external legal and tax requirements and internal stewardship standards.
