Sr Technology Program Manager (Automotive)

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, with potential annual performance bonus and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead strategic OEM and enterprise programs from planning through launch, maintaining roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Coordinate Product Management, Engineering, UX, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders to establish ownership and resolve delivery blockers.
• Oversee technical delivery by reviewing designs and implementation plans and monitoring scalability, reliability, security, performance, sprint commitments, and release readiness.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies; conduct impact assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Prepare executive communications, dashboards, status reports, governance reviews, and program health updates.
• Improve program management frameworks, reporting, delivery predictability, operational efficiency, and lessons-learned practices.

Requirements

• Strong program management discipline combined with technical acumen and executive communication skills.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional technical initiatives and managing dependencies, risks, schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Ability to partner with engineering and architecture teams on technical designs, implementation plans, release planning, and launch readiness.
• Ability to analyze program metrics, delivery performance, operational KPIs, and scope, schedule, and resource impacts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
