Order Entry Specialist (Thai Speaker)

What you will do

• Review and triage enquiries, sales orders, and complaints received through email, e-commerce platforms, EDI systems, customer portals, and other channels.
• Enter and process orders accurately and promptly according to business rules, workflows, priorities, and local guidelines.
• Create billing plans and downpayments during order entry.
• Investigate and resolve order or data discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain open-order records, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive measures.
• Support customer-priority strategies, KPI achievement, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or BS/BA in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Thai.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, customer-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and functions as part of a team.
• Proactive, resilient, solution-driven approach with the ability to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
