Customer Service Officer - Mandarin Speaker

Location: On-site in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do

• Process customer orders in Oracle and maintain communication with customers.
• Prepare finance-related reporting and maintain accurate order information.
• Coordinate with the warehouse on picking, packing, and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor order backlogs and follow up with relevant parties to complete shipments within contractual time frames.
• Manage returns and instrument movements while following company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Fluent English and Chinese are required for communication with the China counterpart.
• At least two years of customer service or order management experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Oracle ERP.
