Digital Marketing Associate (Pooling)

Location: Remote

Salary: PHP 20,000–25,000 per month

What you will do

• Support social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance optimization.
• Assist with influencer identification, outreach, partnership coordination, content approvals, reporting, and campaign analysis.
• Support paid search campaigns through keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, data analysis, and A/B testing.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO activities, including technical audits, site speed improvements, schema markup, and backlink monitoring.
• Assist with email, SMS, and CRM campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, database management, and performance analysis.
• Contribute to pitches, presentations, brainstorming sessions, client work, and ongoing digital marketing research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
